Where is the farm, and where do you ship from?
We grow in the province of Bolívar, Ecuador, at 2,800 metres above sea level. Shipments leave by air from Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito (UIO).
Which varieties do you have available?
We publish Mondial (white), Explorer (red) and Pink Floyd (hot pink). Availability shifts through the year, so ask us about current colours, lengths and volumes before closing your order.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the destination, the variety and the season. Send us your estimated volume and your country and we will confirm the minimum and the terms that apply to your market.
How do you maintain the cold chain?
Roses enter cold storage during post-harvest and are held between 2 and 4 °C, already graded and hydrated, until dispatch.
How quickly do you answer a quote request?
Within 24 business hours, in English or Spanish. We are open Monday to Friday 8:00–18:00 and Saturday 9:00–13:00, Ecuador time (UTC−5).
What paperwork comes with the shipment?
We prepare the export documentation your destination country requires. Tell us the destination in your request and we will detail exactly what your shipment includes.
